  1. Wash and clean the prawns then coat with lime and salt.
  2. Leave it for some time until the fishy smell disappears then wash it thoroughly again.
  3. Mix the flour, rice flour, water and stock powder then coat the shrimp one by one.
  4. Then fry the shrimp gimbalan.
  5. Blend the peanut sauce and fry the tofu, set aside.
  6. Arrange the fried tofu, bean sprouts, cabbage, shrimp gimbalan on a plate, then drizzle with peanut sauce.
  7. Serve with prawn crackers.
