Instructions
- Wash and clean the prawns then coat with lime and salt.
- Leave it for some time until the fishy smell disappears then wash it thoroughly again.
- Mix the flour, rice flour, water and stock powder then coat the shrimp one by one.
- Then fry the shrimp gimbalan.
- Blend the peanut sauce and fry the tofu, set aside.
- Arrange the fried tofu, bean sprouts, cabbage, shrimp gimbalan on a plate, then drizzle with peanut sauce.
- Serve with prawn crackers.
