  1. Clean the pindang cob, remove the head and thorns, set aside.
  2. Blend all the ground spices, add brown sugar, salt and stock powder. Stir well.
  3. Take 1 banana leaf, put enough tuna on it then add 2 tablespoons of ground spices. Add chopped tomatoes and basil leaves.
  4. Roll the banana leaves to wrap, pin the ends with a stick or toothpick. Do it until it's all finished.
  5. Steam for 20 minutes until the pepes are cooked.
