Resep Tom Yam Seafood Udang Ikan
Besides mango sticky rice, Thailand is also famous for Tom Yam, a spicy and sour soup that’s traditionally made by simmering ingredients. “Tom” refers to the simmering process, and “Yam” describes the dish’s signature sour and spicy flavor.

Instructions
- Tom yam paste: Finely grind all the ingredients until they form a paste texture. Saute with a little oil until fragrant, cooked and reduced in number. Set aside.
- Shrimp broth: Saute the garlic in a little oil until fragrant. Add the shrimp shells and heads. Stir until the color changes. Pour in water and cook until it boils. Reduce the heat and continue to cook for 30 minutes with the pan covered. Once finished, strain the broth. Set aside.
- Reheat the shrimp stock over medium heat until boiling.
- Add lemongrass, lime leaves, galangal, cayenne pepper and tom yum paste. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add all vegetables and animals. Cook until done.
- Add fish sauce, salt, sugar and mushroom stock. Mix well. Adjust the taste. Lift.
- Serve in a bowl. Add lime juice and sprinkle with sliced spring onions and coriander.
- Ready to serve.
