Resep Ikan Mas Pesmol
Pesmol is a delicious and reliable sauce perfect for fish dishes, especially kembung, nila, bandeng, lele, and carp.

Instructions
- Clean the goldfish, trim the sides of the body, coat with lime juice and salt. Leave it for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil, fry goldfish in hot oil until cooked on both sides, remove and set aside.
- In a frying pan, heat 3 tbsp oil. Saute ground spices, bay leaves, galangal, lemongrass and lime leaves. Cook until fragrant.
- Add water, cook until it boils. Add red cayenne pepper, season with salt, granulated sugar, ground pepper and stock powder, stir well.
- Add the fried carp and spring onions, stir until the fish is coated with spices. Check the taste, cook briefly, then remove and serve.
- You can add red chilies in ground spices if you like it spicy.
