  1. Clean the tilapia fish. Coat with lime juice and salt until evenly mixed. Leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse again until clean. Set aside.
  2. In a pan, boil coconut milk with ground spices, turmeric leaves, lime leaves, lemongrass and kandis acid. Cook until boiling, stirring occasionally so that the coconut milk doesn't break.
  3. Once the unpleasant smell of the spices has reduced, add the fish. Cook until boiling, stirring occasionally.
  4. Just before it's cooked, add the long beans and whole bird's eye chilies. Cook until thickened and all ingredients are cooked. Correct the taste. Lift.
  5. Ready to be served.
  6. When stirring the sauce, make sure to stir gently so the fish doesn't break up.
