  1. Clean the shrimp then add lime juice. Leave it for a moment then rinse and drain.
  2. In one container, mix all the coating ingredients until smooth.
  3. Dip the prawns in the egg white, then roll them in the coating material while gently massaging them so they stick.
  4. Prepare lots of oil. Fry the shrimp in hot oil, using medium heat. Fry briefly until brown. Lift and drain. Set aside.
  5. Heat some oil in a new frying pan. Saute the garlic until fragrant.
  6. Add the salted egg yolk and soy sauce, stir well until the egg yolk melts.
  7. Add the fried prawns and spring onions, stir well.
  8. Add salt. Correct the taste. Lift.
  9. Ready to be served.
  10. 1. Gently massage or squeeze the prawns when they are coated with the coating material so that lots of flour sticks to them. 2. Use lots of oil and medium heat when frying. Also make sure the oil is completely dry when the shrimp are added.
