Salmon burgers are a light and delicious summer treat that’s easy to make with a flavorful, quick-to-bake homemade salmon patty.

- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Cut the 1 pound salmon, into one-inch cubes and place in a food processor with 1 tablespoon dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons chopped green onion, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, juice of half a lemon, 1 teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
- Pulse until combined. In a medium-sized bowl, add the salmon puree and ½ cup breadcrumbs and mix.
- Shape the mixture into four patties and place them on the grill. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove from the grill and place on buns with desired toppings.
