Instructions

  1. Heat some oil. Saute the ground spices until fragrant and cooked. Turn off the heat then let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix the sauteed spices, meat, grated coconut, salt and sugar. Mix well and let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Take a skewer then skewer and arrange the meat. Do this until the meat is finished.
  4. Grill the satay over hot coals until all parts are cooked.
  5. Ready to be served with complementary ingredients.
  6. Before mixing with spices and other ingredients, the meat can be wrapped first in papaya leaves for 1 hour so that it becomes soft.
