Instructions
- Heat some oil. Saute the ground spices until fragrant and cooked. Turn off the heat then let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix the sauteed spices, meat, grated coconut, salt and sugar. Mix well and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Take a skewer then skewer and arrange the meat. Do this until the meat is finished.
- Grill the satay over hot coals until all parts are cooked.
- Ready to be served with complementary ingredients.
- Before mixing with spices and other ingredients, the meat can be wrapped first in papaya leaves for 1 hour so that it becomes soft.
