Instructions

  1. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Whisk all sauce ingredients except butter in a small bowl. Pour into a saucepan and bring to a simmer for 2-3 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in butter and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add salmon and cook 1 minute per side. Spoon sauce over salmon.
  4. Place the pan in the oven and bake 5-6 minutes or until salmon is cooked through. Do not overcook.
  5. Serve warm with lime wedges.
