Resep Rolade Ikan
Fish fillets make a delicious rolled fish pâté, featuring a creamy white filling studded with diced carrots and wrapped in a yellow omelet skin. It can be served in soup, fried, or drizzled with sauce.

Instructions
- 1. In a container, combine all the ingredients then stir until smooth. 2. Heat a flat or Teflon frying pan with a diameter of ±28 cm. Pour in a little mixture then make an omelette until cooked. Lift and drain. 3. Repeat making the omelette until all the dough is used up. Set aside.
- 1. Puree the mackerel fish meat in a blender / food processor with ice cubes and salt. 2. In a bowl, mix the fish mixture with garlic, egg white, sugar and ground pepper. Stir well. 3. Add sago flour, carrots and onions. Stir well. 4. Take 1 sheet of roulade skin omelette. Pour enough fish mixture and spread it evenly over the entire surface of the omelette. Roll the roulade slowly while compacting it, then wrap the roulade in plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Repeat until the dough is finished. 5. Heat the steamer / steamer pan. Steam the roulade for 45 minutes until cooked. Remove and cool. 6. Fry the roulade briefly until the outside is brownish yellow. Remove and drain, then cut into 1 cm thick pieces.
- 1. Heat some oil. Saute the garlic and onion until fragrant. 2. Add tomato sauce, chili sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar and ground pepper. Stir well. 3. Pour in the water and add the peas. Stir and cook until boiling. Correct the taste 4. Pour in the cornstarch solution. Stir and cook until bubbling. Turn off the heat.
- 1. Arrange the roulade on a serving plate. 2. Drizzle with sauce.
- 1. Fish batter can be combined with shrimp. 2. Roulade sauce can also be created with black pepper sauce.
