Instructions

  1. In a container, mix the fish and all the ingredients. Stir well. Transfer the mixture into the baking dish. Steam for 30 minutes until cooked. Remove and cool.

  3. Cut the nuggets into pieces. Dip the nuggets in the beaten egg then roll in the breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry the nuggets until golden yellow. Lift.
  5. Ready to be served.
  6. Mackerel fish can be replaced with other fish that also have white and soft flesh, such as snapper, tilapia and salmon.
