- Cut the tofu into cubes and fry until brown. Set aside.
- Clean the prawns, remove the head, split the prawns in the middle and remove the dirt.
- Marinate the prawns with lime juice and salt for 10 minutes.
- Heat the oil, sauté the onions then add the ground spices, add bay leaves, laos, sugar, salt and oyster sauce then saute until the spices are cooked and add a little water.
- Then add the prawns, mix well until the prawns change color, then add the tofu and green chilies, cook until the spices are even and the green chilies are wilted. Serve.
- 1. If the white tofu is tasteless (no taste yet), it's best to soak the tofu with a little salt. 2. Fry the tofu until brown so it doesn't fall apart easily.
