Seafood Boil
This easy seafood boil recipe features crab legs, shrimp, and clams, along with tender potatoes, corn, and spicy chorizo, making it amazingly flavorful.

Instructions
- Spray a large, heavy bottom pot (dutch oven) with cooking spray and add chorizo. Cook until it begins to brown and caramelize, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
- Add potatoes, bay leaves and 1-½ cups water. Cover and cook on medium heat until the potatoes are just about tender. About 15 minutes. Add old bay and stir.
- Add crab legs, cover and cook 5 minutes then add the chorizo, clams, shrimp and corn, cook until clams open and shrimp is opaque; about 5 to 6 minutes. Serve with lemon and fresh parsley, for garnish.
