Instructions
- Clean the fish and cut into strips, add salt and lemon juice. Marinate for 30-45 minutes.

- Pour the spices in a container or plate that makes it easy to spread.
- Rub the spices onto the catfish then grill over charcoal or a grill pan until the entire surface of the catfish's body is cooked.
- Remove the catfish for a moment then brush with soy sauce and grill again until fragrant and the soy sauce is caramelized.
- Ready to be served with fresh vegetables and favorite chili sauce.
