  4. Rub the spices onto the catfish then grill over charcoal or a grill pan until the entire surface of the catfish's body is cooked.
  5. Remove the catfish for a moment then brush with soy sauce and grill again until fragrant and the soy sauce is caramelized.
  6. Ready to be served with fresh vegetables and favorite chili sauce.
