Instructions
- Add the asparagus to boiling, salted water and cook, covered, about 2 minutes or until barely tender. Drain.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, ale, honey, garlic, thyme and salt. Pour over the cooked asparagus and gently stir until the asparagus are coated.
