  2. Beat eggs, granulated sugar and emulsifier until thick white peaks form.
  3. Add the mashed banana, mixer at low speed until evenly mixed.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture and cocoa powder, beat at low speed.
  5. Add the cooking oil, stir again using a spatula until evenly mixed.
  6. Pour into a loaf tin that has been lined with baking paper and smeared with a thin layer of margarine. Topping with banana slices and chocolate chips to taste.
  7. Bake at 170°C for 40 minutes, depending on each oven.
