- Add the mashed banana, mixer at low speed until evenly mixed.
- Gradually add the flour mixture and cocoa powder, beat at low speed.
- Add the cooking oil, stir again using a spatula until evenly mixed.
- Pour into a loaf tin that has been lined with baking paper and smeared with a thin layer of margarine. Topping with banana slices and chocolate chips to taste.
- Bake at 170°C for 40 minutes, depending on each oven.
