Resep Opor Ayam Putih

Instructions
- Blend all the ground spices together with the oil using a blender.
- Saute the ground spices until fragrant. Add bay leaves, lime leaves, ginger, galangal and lemongrass. Saute until the spices are cooked.
- Add the chicken then cook briefly and stir so that the spices are mixed evenly.
- Add 300 ml of water, add sugar and salt, cook until the chicken is tender.
- Add the remaining 200 ml water then cook until it boils.
- Add instant coconut milk and chicken stock powder. Cook for a while, adjust the taste. When it's done, turn off the stove.
- Arrange the chicken opor on a serving plate then sprinkle with fried onions. White chicken opor is ready to be served.
- 1. When the thick coconut milk is added, stir continuously over low heat so that the coconut milk doesn't break. 2.
