Instructions
- Boil the beef over high heat until all the foam and dirt floats. Discard the cooking water and wash the meat.
- In a pan, boil the meat again with 1 liter of water. Set aside and let it continue to boil.
- Heat some oil. Saute ground spices with lemongrass, galangal, ginger, bay leaves and lime leaves until fragrant. Remove and put the stir-fry into the meat stew pan. Stir well.
- Add salt, sugar and tempeh semangit. Stir well and cook until the meat is tender.
- Lastly add the spring onions. Lift.
- Ready to be served with complementary ingredients.
