  1. Boil the beef over high heat until all the foam and dirt floats. Discard the cooking water and wash the meat.
  2. In a pan, boil the meat again with 1 liter of water. Set aside and let it continue to boil.
  3. Heat some oil. Saute ground spices with lemongrass, galangal, ginger, bay leaves and lime leaves until fragrant. Remove and put the stir-fry into the meat stew pan. Stir well.
  4. Add salt, sugar and tempeh semangit. Stir well and cook until the meat is tender.
  5. Lastly add the spring onions. Lift.
  6. Ready to be served with complementary ingredients.
