Resep Peyek Udang
This shrimp peyek can be served as a complete meal due to its sufficient protein content, and it’s best enjoyed fresh after it’s cooked for its crispy texture.

Instructions
- In a container, mix rice flour, tapioca, eggs, salt and coconut milk to taste first. Stir well until there are no lumps.
- Add the ground spices, sliced lime leaves, and remaining coconut milk little by little. Mix well until you have a medium-thick dough.
- Heat lots of oil.
- Use a ladle to scoop up the dent dough. Add enough shrimp. Pour the mixture slowly over the edge of the pan. Douse it with hot oil until the dent comes off and sinks into the face. Fry until cooked brown and crispy. Lift and drain. Do this until the dough runs out.
- Ready to be served.
- 1. Use a frying pan that is large enough and wide enough, such as the Maspion Frying Pan Clarita (See Lazada DISCOUNT) so that the dough can flow until it is as thin as possible. Sprinkle the dent with hot oil around it. Don't forget to use lots of oil (deep frying) when frying. 2. This peyek doesn't stay crispy because it uses wet shrimp. It's best to serve it immediately after frying.
