  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In the bowl of a food processor, add the tomato, onion, garlic, jalapeño, vinegar, chili powder, cumin, salt and hot sauce; process until finely chopped and uniform.
  3. Place the salmon in the prepared pan; spoon the salsa on top. Roast until the salmon is just cooked through, 12 to 15 minutes.
