Instructions
- Wash the chicken thoroughly then marinate with salt and lime juice for 30 minutes.
- Bake/grill the chicken until the surface is dry and brown.
- Roast all the spices then puree.
- Saute the ground spices, then add water and bring to a boil.
- Add the roasted coconut. After that, add the salt and lime, stir well and adjust the taste.
- Add the chicken and stir until the spices are evenly mixed. Cook until the spices are absorbed and the chicken is tender.
- Check the taste again, if it is right and absorbed it is ready to be served.
- It would be better if you used free-range chicken.
