  1. Wash the chicken thoroughly then marinate with salt and lime juice for 30 minutes.
  2. Bake/grill the chicken until the surface is dry and brown.
  3. Roast all the spices then puree.
  4. Saute the ground spices, then add water and bring to a boil.
  5. Add the roasted coconut. After that, add the salt and lime, stir well and adjust the taste.
  6. Add the chicken and stir until the spices are evenly mixed. Cook until the spices are absorbed and the chicken is tender.
  7. Check the taste again, if it is right and absorbed it is ready to be served.
  8. It would be better if you used free-range chicken.
