Instructions

  1. Boil the chicken until it boils and the chicken is cooked, remove the chicken then shred it, set aside.
  2. Saute the shallots, garlic and ginger until fragrant in another pan.
  3. Add the stir-fry spices to the chicken stock and let it boil.
  4. Add salt, sugar and pepper.
  5. Also add the cauliflower and carrots and cook until cooked.
  6. Add the pear ear mushrooms and white mushrooms and cook for a minute then turn off the heat.
  7. Arrange on a plate with shredded chicken and potato chips.
  8. Sprinkle with spring onions, celery and fried onions. Serve.
  9. Boil the chicken over low heat until the broth is clear.
