Instructions
- Wash the chicken thoroughly then grill/roast it over hot coals until half cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Heat the oil then saute the ground spices until fragrant.
- Add lime leaves, bay leaves, galangal and lemongrass. Stir well.
- Add chicken, coconut milk, salt and sugar. Stir and cook until the sauce reduces and the chicken is tender.
- Add whole cayenne pepper. Stir and cook again for a minute. Correct the taste. Lift.
- Ready to be served.
- It's best to grill/grill the chicken using charcoal fire to make the aroma more delicious.
