Instructions

  1. Place the marinade ingredients in a large zip bag. Add the steak, seal the bag and let it sit in the refrigerator for about an hour. Turn the bag occasionally.
  2. Heat the grill to high, and spray the grates with nonstick spray. Drain the marinade from the steak and season with salt and pepper. Place the steak on the grill and cover. Cook, turning once until the steak reaches your desired doneness- probably about 6 minutes per side, or longer (best to test with an instant-read thermometer to find out the temperature inside the steak- 145 degrees for medium rare and 160 degrees for medium.)
  3. Slice thinly and serve.
