  1. Wash the beef clean, then cut into small cubes.
  2. Grind the spices then stir-fry with lime leaves, galangal, lemongrass. Saute until fragrant then add the beef, add a little water.
  3. Cook until the beef is soft then add coconut milk and you can add a little more salt and sugar until the taste is right. Stir well and leave until the sauce is absorbed and thickens, don't let the sauce run out.
  4. Once cool, skewer the meat with a skewer then grill briefly while smearing it with sauce.
  5. Remove and serve the Komoh satay drizzled with the sauce.
  6. Grill the Komoh satay over hot coals covered with banana leaves so that it tastes better and doesn't burn too much.
