Instructions
- Wash the beef clean, then cut into small cubes.
- Grind the spices then stir-fry with lime leaves, galangal, lemongrass. Saute until fragrant then add the beef, add a little water.
- Cook until the beef is soft then add coconut milk and you can add a little more salt and sugar until the taste is right. Stir well and leave until the sauce is absorbed and thickens, don't let the sauce run out.
- Once cool, skewer the meat with a skewer then grill briefly while smearing it with sauce.
- Remove and serve the Komoh satay drizzled with the sauce.
- Grill the Komoh satay over hot coals covered with banana leaves so that it tastes better and doesn't burn too much.
