Resep Sop Kimlo
This hearty vegetable soup is actually filled with shredded chicken, glass noodles, carrots, ear mushrooms, star anise, and apricots – a unique and flavorful dish, especially if you use leftover broth.

- Boil chicken breast until soft and cooked. Set aside 1.5 liters of broth. Drain the chicken then shred it. Set aside.
- Saute the ground spices until fragrant and cooked. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, heat the stock water until it boils.
- Add leeks, celery, carrots and fish balls. Cook until the carrots are slightly soft.
- Add the ground spices. Stir well.
- Add the shredded chicken, wood ear mushrooms, tuberose flowers, and vermicelli. Stir well.
- Season with salt, pepper and stock powder. Stir and cook until boiling. Correct the taste. Lift.
- Ready to be served.
