  1. In a pan, boil enough water and turmeric. Boil young jackfruit until soft. Lift and drain.
  2. Boil coconut milk with ground spices, lemongrass, turmeric leaves, lime leaves and bay leaves until boiling, while stirring so that the coconut milk doesn't break. Let it cook until the spices smell fragrant.
  3. Add the jackfruit, long beans, cabbage, kandis acid, salt and sugar. Stir well. Cook until all ingredients are soft and cooked. Correct the taste. Lift.
  4. Ready to be served.
