  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the ⅓ cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 2-3 garlic cloves, 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard, and 3 tablespoons honey.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat the salad ingredients.
