- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl combine 1 ½ pounds large raw shrimp, 4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter, 4 cloves minced garlic, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
- In a small bowl add ½ cup Italian bread crumbs, and 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese. Sprinkle mixture on top of the shrimp and toss the shrimp until coated and place them in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for about 7 minutes and broil for 1-2 minutes so the top is nicely golden. Serve with chopped fresh parsley for garnish .
