Resep Bubur Ayam Cianjur
Unlike typical Indonesian chicken porridge, Cianjur-style porridge isn't served with a poured broth. However, it’s surprisingly delicious – here’s how to make it.

Instructions
- Porridge: Mix all ingredients, stir well then cook until soft for approximately 45 minutes. Stir occasionally so it doesn't burn, set aside.
- Baceman Onions: Blend the spices finely, then saute until fragrant. Add water, spring onions, sugar and salt. Cook until the water boils.
- Ground chili: Boil all the ingredients then blend finely and add salt, stir well.
- Solution: Take 1 spoonful of vegetable porridge, pour it into a bowl. Pour in a little soy sauce, sprinkle with crackers while kneading. Add 1 tablespoon of fried peanuts, shredded chicken, sliced gizzard liver, chopped onions, boiled egg and ground chili. Lastly sprinkle the fried onions and sprinkle the lime. Good luck.
- 1. For porridge, you can replace all the coconut milk with water. 2. Peanuts can be replaced with soybeans.
