Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken tinga according to recipe instructions, either on the stovetop, in the Instant Pot, or in the Crock-Pot.
  2. Just before serving, warm the tortillas so that they are nice and soft. (This is my favorite warming method.)
  3. Fill the tacos with a large spoonful of the chicken tinga, drizzle each with a squeeze of lime juice, then top with your favorite toppings.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
