  1. Heat some oil. Saute ground spices until fragrant.
  2. Add lemongrass, galangal, all the spice leaves, cinnamon, cloves and kandis acid. Stir well.
  3. Add chicken, salt and sugar. Stir well and cook until the chicken changes color.
  4. Pour in the coconut milk little by little. Stir well and cook until the water subsides.
  5. Add the roasted coconut. Stir well and cook again until boiling. Lift.
  6. Ready to be served.
