  1. Wash the fish and cut it into pieces. Cover with lime juice and salt. Leave it for 10 minutes then rinse again with water until clean. Drain.
  2. In a pan, boil 200 ml of coconut milk together with ground spices, lemongrass, lime leaves, turmeric leaves and kandis acid. Stir well and let it cook until fragrant and the oil comes out.
  3. Pour in the remaining coconut milk and cook until it boils.
  4. Add fish, salt and sugar. Stir gently. Let it cook until it boils and the fish is cooked. Lift.
  5. Ready to be served.
