Instructions

  1. Cut the tempeh into pieces according to taste, fry half cooked, remove and set aside.
  2. Roughly grind the tempeh.
  3. Saute the ground spices in a little oil, add sugar, salt and mushroom stock. Taste test.
  4. Add tempeh, stir until the spices are even.
  5. Add basil leaves just before the stove is turned off.
