  1. Cut the chicken into 4 pieces (whole is also possible) rub with salt and lime juice. Leave it for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan, saute ground spices until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken, add water. Season with salt and sugar.
  4. Cook over low heat until the water reduces and the chicken is tender. Adjust the taste. Lift.
  5. Grill the chicken on a grill or on a Teflon plate, while smearing it with spices. Serve with accompaniments
  6. 1. If you don't have curly red chilies, you can replace them with regular red chilies and increase the amount of cayenne pepper. 2.
