Resep Spaghetti Carbonara
This recipe is a budget-friendly version of carbonara, avoiding cooking cream and whipped cream. Instead, a little cornstarch slurry can be added to thicken the sauce.

- Heat the water until it boils, add the spaghetti and cooking oil so it doesn't stick. Cook the spaghetti until al dente then remove and drain.
- Finely chop the garlic and onion. Cut the smoked beef into small cubes.
- Beat the eggs, set aside.
- Heat margarine, saute garlic and onions until fragrant then add smoked beef. Saute until smoked beef is half cooked.
- Add cheese, half the liquid milk and eggs. Then add salt, pepper and oregano. Cook until the milk boils.
- Add the boiled spaghetti and stir until evenly mixed.
- Add the remaining liquid milk and well-beaten eggs, cook briefly while stirring, adjust the taste.
- Serve the spaghetti carbonara on a plate, topping with dried oregano.
