  4. Add carrots and potatoes. Cook until vegetables are soft.
  5. Pour the sautéed onions into the pan. Stir well.
  6. Add celery and spring onions.
  7. Add sugar, salt and stock powder. Stir well and adjust the taste. Lift.
  8. Ready to be served with a sprinkling of fried onions.
