Instructions

  1. Saute ground spices until fragrant.
  2. Add tomatoes and bay leaves. Cook until the tomatoes are cooked.
  3. Add oncom and water, stir well. Cook until the water is absorbed.
  4. Add leunca, salt and sugar. Stir well.
  5. Lastly add the basil and spring onions. Stir briefly. Lift.
  6. Ready to be served.
  7. Fry the oncom for a while so it doesn't get too dry.
