- Martabak skin: In a bowl, mix flour and salt, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and a little water. Knead the dough until smooth, divide it into 3 parts. Round the portioned dough, then soak it in cooking oil. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes to make it pliable.
- Filling: Boil instant noodles until cooked, remove from heat and drain. Beat the eggs then add the instant noodle seasoning, curry powder and green onions, stir well. Add the boiled instant noodles to the beaten egg, stir well.
- Take one piece of martabak skin dough, then flatten it until it is thin, immediately place it on a heated flat pan. Pour enough filling mixture then fold the mixture like an envelope.
- Fry until browned then cut into pieces and serve with a complement of pickled cucumber and cayenne pepper.
