- Cook the noodles and smoked meat according to the instructions on the package, then mix with the spices. Stir well.
- Prepare a bowl, beat 2 eggs, then add the noodles, add sugar, salt and mushroom stock.
- Prepare a steamer, heat it.
- Prepare a mini tulban pan, spread the surface with a thin layer of margarine.
- Put a little noodle into the mold, add slices of cheese, put a little noodle back in, so that it covers the cheese.
- Just steam for a moment. Remove, wait until it cools.
- Remove from mold, then dip in egg and breadcrumbs.
- Fry until brown.
- Serve with chili sauce.
- Make sure the pan has been greased with margarine so that the dough doesn't stick.
