Resep Mango Sticky Rice
Thailand was the first to popularize mango sticky rice, a beloved dish of glutinous rice served with fresh mango and thick coconut sauce.

- Sticky Rice: Heat the steamer pan. Put the sticky rice in the hot pan. Steam for 30 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Boil coconut milk with salt, sugar and pandan leaves. Stir and cook until boiling.
- Add the steamed sticky rice to the boiled coconut milk. Stir and cook over low heat until the coconut milk is absorbed.
- Steam the sticky rice again until cooked, approximately 30 minutes.
- Coconut Milk Sauce: Mix coconut milk, salt, granulated sugar, pandan leaves, and cornstarch solution. Stir until evenly mixed then cook over low heat, stirring continuously until thickened. Remove and cool.
- Solution: Serve the sticky rice with mango pieces and drizzle the coconut milk sauce over them. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
