  1. Sticky Rice: Heat the steamer pan. Put the sticky rice in the hot pan. Steam for 30 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  2. Boil coconut milk with salt, sugar and pandan leaves. Stir and cook until boiling.
  3. Add the steamed sticky rice to the boiled coconut milk. Stir and cook over low heat until the coconut milk is absorbed.
  4. Steam the sticky rice again until cooked, approximately 30 minutes.
  5. Coconut Milk Sauce: Mix coconut milk, salt, granulated sugar, pandan leaves, and cornstarch solution. Stir until evenly mixed then cook over low heat, stirring continuously until thickened. Remove and cool.
  6. Solution: Serve the sticky rice with mango pieces and drizzle the coconut milk sauce over them. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
