  1. Clean the chicken wings thoroughly and pat them dry with paper towels. Add all the Marinade ingredients to the chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat all the Glaze ingredients over low heat, stirring until it thickens. Once thickened, it's ready to use.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C). Bake the chicken wings for 10 minutes, then brush on the glaze and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  4. Repeat the glazing process and bake for another 10 to 12 minutes, or until the surface is slightly browned and charred. Remove from the oven, top with sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
