- Trim the fat from 2 pounds pork tenderloin and and season it with salt and pepper on all sides of the tenderloin.
- In a small bowl whisk together ¼ cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons honey, and 3 cloves minced garlic. Reserve half of the sauce for later and set aside. Brush the remaining sauce on the pork.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and add the pork to the grill. Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Brush remaining glaze on top of pork and serve with fresh parsley for garnish, if desired.
