Resep Steak Ikan Dori Panggang Saus Lemon

- 1. In a bowl, coat the dory fish with garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper until evenly coated. Leave it for 30-40 minutes. Sprinkle with cornstarch on both sides of the fish. Set aside. 2. Heat a flat non-stick frying pan. Pour in olive oil and grill the fish until the skin turns brown. Do the same for the reverse side. Lift. 3. Ready to serve.
- 1. Boil the potatoes until cooked. Lift and drain. 2. Heat olive oil. Add the garlic and saute until fragrant. 3. Add potatoes, season with salt, pepper & oregano. Stir well. Lift. 4. Ready to serve.

- 1. On a serving plate, arrange potatoes, green beans, tomatoes and grilled dory fish. 2. Pour the lemon sauce over it. 3. Ready to serve.
- 1. Baby potatoes can be replaced with other processed potatoes such as potato wedges, french fries, mashed potatoes or potato chips. 2. If you don't have cooking cream, you can replace it with full cream milk or evaporated milk. 3. If you want a sauce that is fresh & not creamy, you can omit the cooking cream.
