  4. Take a piece of spring roll skin, fill it with 1 tablespoon of filling. Then fold and roll the spring rolls. Cover the tip of the skin with water (just dab the water with your fingertips). Do this until the skin runs out.
  5. Heat lots of oil. Fry the spring rolls in medium oil and over medium heat until the color turns golden evenly. Lift and drain.
  6. Ready to be served with a side of green chilies.
