Resep Lumpia Sayur Goreng
These vegetable spring rolls, a popular treat in Central Java, are crispy and crunchy with a filling of vegetables and glass noodles – they’re both delicious and nutritious. When buying them on the street, you might worry about the oil quality, so why not try making them yourself?

- Heat oil in a frying pan, saute garlic until fragrant.
- Add the sliced carrots, green beans and chopped spring onions. Mix well, then add vermicelli.
- Pour in the water and add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt and seasoning ingredients. Cook until the spices are evenly distributed and all ingredients are cooked. Correct the taste. Lift.
- Take a piece of spring roll skin, fill it with 1 tablespoon of filling. Then fold and roll the spring rolls. Cover the tip of the skin with water (just dab the water with your fingertips). Do this until the skin runs out.
- Heat lots of oil. Fry the spring rolls in medium oil and over medium heat until the color turns golden evenly. Lift and drain.
- Ready to be served with a side of green chilies.
- Apart from water, you can also use egg white as an egg adhesive.
