Ingredients

1 lime
⅓ cup sour cream
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp half and half (or light cream)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp smoked paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Zest ½ teaspoon zest from the lime. Juice 1 tablespoon of juice from the lime.
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Drizzle over fish tacos (or any kind of tacos).
