Instructions

  1. Heat the oil. Saute ground spices, shrimp, ebi, lemongrass, galangal, kandis acid, bay leaves, turmeric leaves and lime leaves until fragrant.
  2. Pour in water. Stir and cook until boiling.
  3. Add coconut milk. Keep stirring until it boils again.
  4. Add fern vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until cooked and adjust the taste. Lift.
  5. Ready to be served.
  6. You can adjust the amount of red chilies to your spicy taste, or you can add whole cayenne peppers to the dish.
