Instructions
- Heat the oil. Saute ground spices, shrimp, ebi, lemongrass, galangal, kandis acid, bay leaves, turmeric leaves and lime leaves until fragrant.
- Pour in water. Stir and cook until boiling.
- Add coconut milk. Keep stirring until it boils again.
- Add fern vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until cooked and adjust the taste. Lift.
- Ready to be served.
- You can adjust the amount of red chilies to your spicy taste, or you can add whole cayenne peppers to the dish.
