Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut about ¼-½ inch off the tops of 2 heads of garlic and place in a small foil-lined pan.
- Drizzle generously with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Wrap it tightly in the foil, then place it in the oven.
- Roast for 60-90 minutes or until the garlic is golden brown and very soft. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
- Once the garlic is cooled, squeeze the softened cloves into a small bowl until you have ⅓ cup roasted garlic,.
- Add 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon dijon mustard, and ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce to the bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or cover and chill in the refrigerator until you are ready to use it.
