  1. 1. Wash the chicken thoroughly then drizzle with lime juice. Squeeze the chicken then let it sit for a few moments. 2. In a bowl, mix the chicken with the garlic, salt, pepper and coriander until evenly distributed throughout. Let sit for 30 minutes for the flavors to infuse. 3. In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Fry the chicken until cooked and turns yellowish in color. Lift and drain. 4. Ready to be served with chili sauce.
  2. 1. In a container, mix all the ingredients for chili sauce except oil and lime. Squeeze for a moment. 2. In a frying pan, heat the oil over high heat for a few moments. Turn off the heat. 3. Pour the oil into the container containing the chili mixture. Stir well and let sit for 10 minutes until cold. 4. Add lime juice. Stir well. 5. Ready to use.
