Resep Nugget Ayam

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients and spices. Mix well.
2. Prepare a baking sheet that has been lined with thick plastic (heat resistant) and greased with a little oil.
3. Pour the nugget mixture into the baking dish. Steam for 30 minutes until cooked. Remove the baking sheet and cool.
4. Remove the nuggets from the pan and cut into pieces according to taste.
5. Prepare all coating materials. Roll the nuggets in cornstarch, dip in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs while pressing so that the breadsticks adhere perfectly.
6. Store the nuggets in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes so that the breadsticks stick to the dough.
7. Heat lots of oil. Fry the nuggets until golden brown. Lift and drain.
8. Ready to be served.
